Common Issues & Solutions
Uninstall the software and download and install it again. Please make sure the app is downloaded correctly. When you install the app, your phone may ask "Do you allow…", please click "Allow" all the time, because you need to authorise the software for it to work properly.
Please select the wifi that starts with "HNDEC", or it may be because there are other mobile devices connected to this wifi nearby, please turn off the product and restart it, then reconnect it to use it.
1. Uninstall and install the software
2. Turn off the phone's own mobile network
3. Stay connected to our "HND xxxx" WiFi (do not connect to your own home wifi),
